Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What services do you ofer?
We provide full-service property restoration, including water damage restoration, flood cleanup, fire and smoke damage restoration, property cleanouts, storm and hurricane damage mitigation, and emergency board-up services for both residential and commercial properties.
Do you ofer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year for emergencies. Water, fire, and storm damage can worsen quickly especially in Houston’s humid climate so rapid response is critical.
How quickly can you arrive?
For immediate needs, we typically arrive within 60–90 minutes anywhere in the Greater Houston area, including surrounding communities. Response time may vary during major storms, but emergencies are always prioritized.
What should I do immediately after water or flood damage?
If it’s safe to do so:
1. Turn off the water source and electricity
2. Avoid standing water (especially after floods)
3. Move valuables to a dry area
Then call us right away. We’ll handle extraction, drying, and prevent mold growth.
Do you handle hurricane and storm damage?
Yes. We specialize in hurricane, tropical storm, and heavy rain damage, including flooding, roof leaks, fallen trees, and structural damage common in the Houston area.
How soon does mold start growing?
Mold can begin growing in as little as 24–48 hours after water exposure. Houston’s high humidity accelerates this process, which is why immediate drying and dehumidification are so important.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed, insured, and certified, and our technicians follow industry standards (IICRC guidelines) for safe and efective restoration.
Will you help with my insurance claim?
We assess your situation, create a clear plan, and begin work as quickly as possible to protect and restore your property.
Do I need to file an insurance claim before calling you?
No. Call us first. We can assess the damage, help you understand your options, and guide you on whether filing a claim makes sense.
How long does the restoration process take?
Every job is different. Minor water damage may take 2–3 days, while larger losses involving structural repairs can take weeks. We’ll provide a clear timeline after inspection.
Do you work with both homes and businesses?
Yes. We restore residential homes, apartments, ofices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial properties throughout the Houston area.
Will my property need to be vacant during restoration?
Not always. Many projects can be completed while you remain on-site. If temporary relocation is recommended, we’ll explain why and help coordinate next steps.
How much does restoration cost?
Costs vary based on the extent of damage and services needed. We provide free inspections and clear estimates before work begins.
Do you ofer full service restoration?
While we admire your loyalty to using one company for all your restoration needs. Local experience matters, we work directly with trusted area contractors who understand Houston’s weather patterns, flood risks, building codes, and insurance practices, allowing us to respond faster and restore properties more efectively. We will recommend our preferred contractors however, all clients are free to choose other contractors if desired.
